The above company is interested in hiring an intern through the NYSIA/CUNY Internship Program, and agrees to promptly notify NYSIA regarding the results of the interview of referred students within 10 days of the referral.

NYSIA reserves the right to forward the name of the intern(s) to all member companies until a company has informed us in writing that they have hired an intern.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is dependent upon funds available.

By agreeing to see the referred student(s), the company named above acknowledges that NYSIA bears no liability, implied or otherwise, for the performance of the intern and that all responsibilities in the employment of the intern, including but not limited to oversight, fall on the company.
