| Interested in an internship? Apply to the New York
Software Industry Association (NYSIA) /CUNY Internship Program.
Our program offers paid internships to CUNY Computer Science majors
and minors who have at least 55 credits and a 3.3 GPA or higher
in their major, and are not graduating this semester.
Interns are placed in NYSIA member companies filling a variety
of technical positions including design, programming and database
development. Internships are for one semester at a time (spring,
summer, fall) and can be renewed for additional semesters at
the
employers’ request and your agreement. Interns will be
paid a minimum of $12 per hour. |

Check the list of Internship Opportunities and apply online. Please apply only once for each position you are interested on. Applying several times for the same position will not increase your chances of getting an interview. |

After review of your application information, you may
be selected
to interview. NOTE: Not all applicants will
be selected. |

| Once you have interviewed, your resume may be forwarded to member companies. Intern referrals are based upon member company requests. Placement is not guaranteed. The selection and placement process varies and may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks |
